Sant Research ("Sant Research", "we", "us") is an independent research and development laboratory based in the Los Angeles South Bay, California. This policy describes the information we collect through this website and our messaging and voice systems, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or communicating with us, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you email us, text us, or ask to be contacted.
- Communication records, including the content of text messages and emails, and the time, duration, recordings, and transcripts of calls, so that we can act on what was discussed and keep a record of our engagement.
- Technical data from visiting this site, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, collected by our hosting provider for security, performance, and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers.
Automated systems, recording, and transcription
We use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to compose, send, receive, transcribe, summarize, and respond to communications on our behalf. Some messages and calls you receive from us may be generated or handled by such systems. Calls with us may be recorded and transcribed. By continuing a call after notice, or by placing a call to us, you consent to recording and transcription. If you do not consent, end the call and contact us by email.
How we use information

Sharing

Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that act on our behalf (for example, our telecommunications carrier, our website host, and the providers of our computing infrastructure), with professional advisers, in connection with a business transfer, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
Retention
We retain information for as long as we consider it reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including keeping records of our engagements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the matter it relates to.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Email us to ask about the information we hold about you or to request its correction or deletion. We will respond to reasonable requests, subject to our record-keeping needs and legal obligations.
California residents
California residents may have rights under California law to request information about our collection and use of personal information, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Requests may be made by email. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Standard telephone networks do not encrypt text messages or calls end to end, so please do not send us sensitive information such as passwords or financial account details by text or voice.
Third-party links and services
This site or our messages may reference third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.
Children
This site and our messaging are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be posted here with its effective date, and continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
